Every lead gets an answer and a next step.
I install the system between a new inquiry and a real human conversation: immediate acknowledgement, qualification, routing, persistent follow-up, and a clean stop when the person books, replies, or opts out.
Built on your accounts. Documented so you own it. Operated monthly if you want me to keep running it.
The expensive part is the silence.
A lead has already raised a hand. The system's job is to keep that moment from disappearing into an inbox, a missed call list, or somebody's memory.
- Capture
Bring every approved inbound source into one trackable record with source, timestamp, owner, and the lead's actual request.
- Respond
Send the right acknowledgement for the channel and situation. The first message confirms receipt and sets an expectation; it does not pretend a bot is a person.
- Qualify
Extract the details your team uses to prioritize—service, timing, location, budget band, or another rubric you approve—without treating untrusted lead text as system instructions.
- Route
Create the opportunity, assign the owner, and surface the summary where the person taking over can act without reconstructing the conversation.
- Follow through
Run channel-appropriate touches on an agreed schedule, enforce quiet periods, and stop on the business event that means automation is done.
What the system handles
- New-inquiry acknowledgement
- Structured qualification and CRM write-back
- Ownership, routing, and internal alerts
- Approved follow-up schedules
- Booking, reply, and opt-out stop rules
- Run monitoring and exception reporting
Where a human stays in control
- Claims, quotes, or advice that require judgment
- Unexpected questions outside approved knowledge
- High-risk, sensitive, or regulated conversations
- Exceptions the system cannot classify safely
- Final approval until the messaging is proven
- Any channel you have not authorized
Two weeks to a controlled first release.
The exact schedule depends on account access, channel registration, and how quickly the real follow-up rules can be approved.
Map the real flow
We trace every inbound source, owner, handoff, stop condition, and current failure. Anything that should remain manual is named now.
Build on your accounts
I connect the smallest reliable set of tools, implement the logic, document the fields and events, and keep credentials out of workflow exports.
Test the ugly paths
We test duplicate webhooks, empty submissions, transient write failures, old leads, unexpected replies, booking events, and opt-outs—not only the happy demo.
Release with a handoff
The first live window is watched. Your team sees what enters, what the system decides, when it stops, and where a person takes over.
Operate or hand over
I can monitor, fix, improve, and report monthly. If you stop the service, the accounts, documentation, and working system remain yours.
High-value inquiries deserve a designed handoff.
Delta is currently focused on full-arch implant practices, cosmetic plastic surgery practices, and premium pool builders. These are focus markets, not claimed client results.
Each market has a different intake boundary: healthcare practices need consultation requests routed without automating clinical judgment, while pool builders need project location, scope, timing, and readiness organized for a salesperson. The shared operating problem is the same: an expensive inquiry should not disappear between the source and the first useful human conversation.
Delta does not yet publish conversion, appointment, revenue, or cycle-time outcomes for these markets. The first case study will require a real engagement, permission, a defined measurement window, and sanitized evidence.

Typical initial installation range. Final scope depends on channels, CRM state, qualification logic, and registration requirements.
Monitoring, fixes, one agreed improvement each month, and a report on what the system did.
Usage charges from messaging, model, CRM, or other vendors stay on your accounts and are not hidden inside the retainer.
What owners usually need to know.
Will the messages sound automated?
They should sound clear and appropriate, not fake-human. We approve the language, keep the first release bounded, and route unexpected situations to a person.
Can this use my current CRM and forms?
Usually. The first step is confirming that the current tools expose reliable events and APIs. I replace a tool only when it blocks the operating result or creates a maintenance problem.
What stops duplicate or stale follow-ups?
The design includes idempotent event handling, last-touch floors, CRM-state checks, and explicit reply, booking, and opt-out conditions. Those paths are tested before release.
Do you provide legal or compliance approval?
No. You own approval of messaging, consent, retention, and regulated-data requirements. I implement the approved rules and surface where the system needs a human.
Can I keep it if the monthly service ends?
Yes. The system is built on your accounts and documented. The monthly fee pays for operation and improvement, not access to your own workflow.
Bring the lead flow you have now.
In thirty minutes, we can map where inquiries arrive, where they stall, and what should remain human. If automation is not the first fix, I will say so.
